Requesting a Goldwise Pack to send your gold to us is an easy way to get money for your gold, and there is no cost to you for this service.

The courier packs are free, insured and discreet.

STEP 2 – Package/Send Your Gold

When you receive your Goldwise Pack and instructions, place your gold in the secure courier bag and either take it to an NZ Post Shop or ring them to pick it up from you.

STEP 3 – Testing/Valuation

As soon as we receive your pack we will test and value your items. We will then email you a valuation/offer.

STEP 4 – Payment

If you accept the offer, payment will immediately be made into your bank account.

If you are not happy with the valuation, all items will be securely returned at no cost to you.

Request Details to Send Yourself Urgently

If you’re in a hurry but can’t wait for us to send you a courier bag, you can send your gold to us in your own courier bag. Goldwise will reimburse the cost of the courier bag upon acceptance of our valuation/offer.

We offer a free, confidential, in person valuation service. Our office is located in Ellerslie, Auckland with free parking and discreet access. There is no pressure to sell to us.

Request A Visit (To Your Home Or Office)

In some cases we can come directly to your home or office provided you are in Auckland.

If you have a large quantity of high value items we can come and personally collect them for valuation. Often we can provide an estimate or valuation at the same time.

This is a confidential and discrete service. All staff and vehicles are unmarked. Please note that we do not carry cash or any other gold while we are making a visit.

If we take your items to the office you will be given a receipt of collection. Once we are back in the office we will assess your items and email you a valuation/offer.
